The Happiness Club Online Parent's Workshop

So many children these days are struggling with more anxious feelings and stress/pressure from everyday life and I often am asked by many parents for ways to help their children with their mental and emotional wellbeing.

I've delivered online sessions in the past during lockdowns and since then, it's not always possible to attend at the exact time and so I've recorded the workshop so you can watch it at a time it's convenient for you and also be able to go back and re-watch it as many times as you want. 

This workshop is taken from the parents workshop from The Emotional Management Programme that I deliver in schools. The aims of that programme are: 

  • To increase positive mindset
  • To help kids to realise they are in control of their mind, body & emotions.
  • To help them to know how to control all the above
  • To increase emotional intelligence
  • To build resilience

It gives you some great foundations around how the mind works and how to start the conversation with kids around emotions. 

It then gives you some positive mindset and relaxation tools that you can start using immediately with your kids. These aren't just for kids though, you can use them too! 

The course also includes a downloadable summary booklet and also a template for one of the tools.
